At Center Church, we exist to place Jesus at the very center of who we are and all that we do. This calling shapes our values, fuels our mission, and drives the vision for this new season of growth.
Right now, we rent the building we gather in. But we believe that God has opened the door for us to purchase the property and secure a permanent home for our church. This building has already become a place of hope for so many over the last 30+ years, now we’re believing to own it, restore it, and expand how we use it to care for our community.
Our goal: raise the full down payment by February 2026.
That’s 6 months from now. We believe it’s possible, and we’re asking you to stand with us in faith!

OUR GOAL
We’re believing for $1 million by February 2026 to secure the down payment and purchase our current building in Whitmore.
Here’s how it breaks down:
- $166,667 per month for 6 months
- About $38,500 per week
- Example: If 100 people give $250/week, we’ll reach $1 million in 6 months

Here’s how we’re actively serving the Whitmore Village community every month:
Sunday Worship Services at 9:30 AM
Our doors are open weekly. People of the Whitmore community and beyond gather to worship, grow in faith, and experience life-changing encounters with Jesus.
Monthly Food Distributions
We serve anyone right from our Center Church sanctuary. In partnership with Aloha Harvest and Aloha From Whitmore, we provide groceries like canned goods, dairy, fresh produce, and more to local families.
Breaking Bread (Bi-Monthly Dine In Soup Kitchen)
In the tented church parking lot, we serve hot, ready-made meals in a full-service, dine-in experience—guests are seated, served, and shown the love of Jesus with every plate.
Seasonal Outreach Events
Center Church hosts or partners with other organizations to offer free seasonal outreach events throughout the year to love and serve the Whitmore community. Some include: Easter Village (in partnership with Aloha From Whitmore), Fall Festival, Thanksgiving blessings, Clothes drives, and Christmas gift outreaches. These events provide families with food, fun, resources and fellowship moments - all at no cost - creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and have an opportunity to connect to Jesus outside of the church building.

By restoring and beautifying the building, we reflect God’s heart for restoration—bringing new life to an area that has often been overlooked. We want to inspire and encourage those from here that you can be proud to be from here and to live here!

We envision using our space for after-school programs, tutoring, and mentorship—providing a safe, consistent place for kids and teens to grow, belong, and thrive in their faith and future.
Host Safe, Consistent Community Spaces
From weekday prayer and support groups to Wi-Fi workspaces and mom meetups, owning the building allows us to continue opening our doors daily to meet practical community needs and create moments for God to move.
