Day 23

We are living in one of the most powerful times for World Missions in human history. The nations have come to our cities. People from every language, every culture, and every background are living in neighborhoods within driving distance of our churches. We do not have to cross an ocean to reach the world. The world has come to us. We are praying today that Praise Chapel uniquely positions itself to win, love, and disciple international refugees and displaced peoples, in our own neighborhoods, our workplaces, schools, and just about everywhere we go.

“And then he told them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.’” Mark 16:15 (NLT)

PRAYER

Father, we lift our eyes to the global migration crisis. We pray that Praise Chapel uniquely positions itself to reach people who are not like us. To win, love, and disciple international refugees and migrants. You are the God of every nation. We ask that Praise Chapel become a welcoming home for the displaced, the immigrant, the refugee, and the foreigner in our cities. Open our doors, our hearts, and our arms. Let us be known as the church that loves everyone. Use us to reach the nations that have come to our doorstep. All glory to You. Amen.
