Day 14

Jun 14, 2026

There is always the temptation to solve ministry problems with ministry strategies. But strategy is not enough. No church growth model will substitute for the power of the Holy Spirit. God said it plainly to Zerubbabel, and He is saying it still: not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit. Today, we choose to trust that God levels the mountains of opposition.

SCRIPTURE

"'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts. 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain!'" — Zechariah 4:6-7 (NKJV)

PRAYER

Father, we lay down our dependence on human might and strategy. We refuse to let the size of the mountain determine the size of our faith. We speak to every mountain standing before the fellowship and churches. Let every obstacle that has looked immovable become plain ground. Your Spirit can do in a moment what years of effort could not. We trust You. Amen.

The hands of Zerubbabel Have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it…” — Zechariah 4:9, (NKJV)
