The Source, Not The Outcome

Scripture:

John 16:13

The Holy Spirit leads us into truth, but He also reminds us that He is the source of everything we need. It’s easy to become focused on outcomes: guidance, clarity, success, impact. But when our focus shifts to what we gain, we lose sight of who He is.

The Holy Spirit doesn’t exist to serve our plans. He leads us into God’s plans. When we prioritize relationship over results, something shifts. We stop striving and start trusting. We stop controlling and start following.

Reflect:

1. What am I currently hoping God will do for me?

2. If nothing changed in my situation, would I still seek Him the same way?

3. Where might God be inviting me to trust Him instead of understanding everything?

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, realign my heart. Help me seek You, not just what You can do for me. Lead me into truth and teach me to trust Your voice. I surrender my plans to You.

Before making any decision today, pause and invite the Holy Spirit to lead you.
