Healed To Pour Out

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:7

“But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.”

We often pray, “God, fill me. Speak to me. Use me.” Those are good prayers, but what are we doing with what God has already poured into us?

God has given us love, grace, truth, gifts, resources, and a testimony. These things were never meant to stop with us. God doesn’t only want to pour into us; He wants to pour through us. 

We are the vessels, but Jesus is the treasure. Our purpose isn’t simply to become full, it’s to carry what He has given us into the lives of others.

Application: What has God already given you that you can pour into someone else today?

Prayer: Father, thank You for everything You have poured into us. Help us steward it well and freely give to others what we have received from You. Amen.
