Let Your Life Speak

Sep 1, 2026

Scripture: Acts 20:18

“You yourselves know how I lived among you…”

When Paul spoke to the Ephesian elders, he didn’t point first to everything he had accomplished. He said, “You know how I lived.” These people had seen him when things were good, difficult, disappointing, and uncomfortable.

Paul’s testimony wasn’t only what God did through him—it was what God had formed in him.

It’s possible to say the right things about Jesus while still withholding areas of our character from Him. Following Jesus should transform more than what we say; it should transform the way we live.

Application:

If people couldn’t hear what you say about Jesus and could only watch how you live, what would your life tell them?

Prayer:

Jesus, continue forming Your character in us. Let our words, choices, attitudes, and actions reflect that we belong to You. Amen.
