Faithfulness in the Unknown

Scripture: Acts 20:22, 24

“And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there… my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me.”

Paul didn’t know everything that was ahead of him, but he knew Who was leading him.

Sometimes we want God to show us the entire plan before we’re willing to move. But faith doesn’t require knowing every step.

We can be faithful with the step God has placed in front of us today.

We may not know what’s next, but we know Who we’re following.

Application:

Instead of worrying about what’s ahead, ask: What is God asking you to be faithful with today? Start there.

Prayer:

Lord, help us trust You with what we cannot see. Give us courage to faithfully take the next step You place before us. Amen.
