The Gift Of Love

Advent reminds us that God’s love didn’t remain distant or theoretical. Love took initiative. God didn’t wait for humanity to get it right—He gave Jesus while the world was still broken. Jesus is not just part of the story of Advent; He is the gift itself. God’s love is seen most clearly not in what He asks of us, but in what He has already given. Before we talk about loving others, we have to start here: we are loved first, fully, and intentionally.
