Love Is Hesed

Devotional:

In his message, Pastor Steve pointed us to the word ḥesed—God’s faithful, covenant-keeping love. This love doesn’t shift with emotions or circumstances. It stays. Even when we fall short, God remains committed. Ḥesed love is steady and dependable, and it shapes how we are called to love others—not selectively, but faithfully.

1. Where have I seen God’s faithfulness in my life?

2. Where is God inviting me to live out consistent love?

Prayer:

God, thank You for loving me with a love that does not waver. When I am inconsistent, You remain faithful. Teach me to reflect Your steady love in the way I show up for others. Amen.

Follow through on something you already said you would do—even if it’s inconvenient.
