When Plans Change
Scripture: Proverbs 3:5–6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
Yesterday looked different than we expected. We weren’t able to gather together, plans changed, and there were things completely outside of our control.
It reminds us that we can make plans, but ultimately, our trust has to remain in God.
Surrender means we don’t have to understand everything before we trust Him. Even when circumstances change, God hasn’t changed.
Today, we can release what we can’t control and trust the One who can see what we cannot.
Application:
What am I trying to control right now? Today, I will intentionally give that situation to God in prayer.
Prayer:
Lord, help me trust You even when things don’t go according to plan. I surrender what I cannot control and choose to follow You today. Amen.
