Show Them Jesus
Scripture:
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
This generation is searching for something real. People are tired of empty words, surface-level faith, and performances. They’re looking for proof that Jesus truly changes lives.
That’s why demonstration matters. Not so people think we’re impressive, but so they can encounter God through us. Every act of love, every moment of patience, every decision to forgive, every time we choose humility over pride, it all reveals Jesus little by little.
You don’t have to be perfect to demonstrate God’s power. You simply have to stay surrendered. The Holy Spirit works through willing people, not flawless ones.
As this week ends, remember this: you were clothed in power for a purpose. Your home, workplace, friendships, conversations, and daily life are all opportunities to reveal Jesus to the world around you.
Reflective Questions:
1. What areas of my life still need to fully reflect Jesus?
2. How can I intentionally demonstrate God’s love this week?
3. Am I living in a way that points people toward Christ?
Prayer:
Lord, use my life to reveal Your heart to others. Let the way I live reflect Your goodness, grace, and truth. Fill me daily with Your Spirit so that people would encounter Jesus through my words, actions, and character. Amen.
Action Step:
Write down one practical way you can better demonstrate Jesus in your everyday life moving forward.
