Pray For Boldness
Scripture:
“Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.”
Ephesians 6:19
Devotional:
Paul wasn’t asking for comfort in prison — he asked for boldness. Spiritual warfare isn’t always about rebuking demons; sometimes it’s about pushing back fear. The enemy loves silence. But prayer gives you courage to speak, witness, and stand firm.
When you pray for boldness, you’re asking God to move through you — to use your voice for His glory even when you feel unqualified. Like Paul, you become an ambassador — not chained by fear, but commissioned with purpose.
Reflect:
1. What areas of my life require more spiritual boldness?
2. Am I praying more for comfort or for courage?
3. When was the last time I shared about Jesus fearlessly?
Prayer:
Lord, fill me with holy boldness. Let fear have no voice in my life. Use my words to declare Your truth and bring hope to others. Help me remember that every conversation can be a divine appointment.
Action Step:
Ask the Holy Spirit for one opportunity this week to share your faith — and when it comes, step into it boldly.
