Surrender Leads To Purpose

Jul 1, 2026

Scripture: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples…” Matthew 28:18-20

Surrender isn’t passive. God doesn’t ask us to empty ourselves so we can remain empty. He empties us so He can fill us and send us.

Jesus commissioned ordinary people to participate in extraordinary Kingdom work.

Pastor Charmaine highlighted that discipleship begins with relationships, observation, and obedience. We don’t need to have all the answers before God uses us. We simply need willing hearts.

Your testimony, your experiences, your faith journey—all of it can be used by God to help someone else take their next step with Jesus.

Reflection Question:

Who has God placed in your life that you can intentionally encourage or disciple?

Prayer:

Lord, use my life for Your Kingdom. Open my eyes to the people around me who need encouragement, truth, and love. Give me courage to say yes when You call me to step out. Amen.

Action Step:

Reach out to one person today with encouragement, prayer, or an invitation to spend time together.
