- Ephesians 1:17–19

DEVOTIONAL:

God’s wisdom doesn’t always make sense to the world—but it holds the deepest truth for our lives. His Spirit helps us understand things we could never figure out on our own. Through the Holy Spirit, we begin to see things from God’s point of view—His love, His plans, and His purpose for us.

Sometimes we face moments in life where we feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed. In those times, we don’t need just good advice—we need God’s voice. The Spirit of wisdom and revelation helps us not only know what to do but also to understand why God might be leading us a certain way.

God wants to walk with us, speak to us, and guide us. When we ask for His wisdom, we can begin to see our situations differently—with hope, peace, and purpose.

QUESTIONS:

1. Where in my life do I need clarity or direction right now? Have I asked the Holy Spirit to guide me?

2. Do I usually rely on my own thoughts, or do I slow down to ask God for His wisdom?

3. What’s one situation I can start looking at differently—trusting that God has a purpose, even if I don’t understand it yet?

PRAYER:

God, I need Your wisdom today. I ask for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation so I can understand You more and see what You’re doing in my life. Help me trust Your voice more than my own thoughts. Guide me in the areas where I feel unsure. I want to live with Your peace, Your purpose, and Your direction. In Jesus’ name, amen.
