Seated in Heavenly Places

Scripture:

”God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms.”

Ephesians 2:6

Devotional:

Our position determines our perspective. We’re not praying from defeat—we’re praying from the seat of victory in Christ. Pastor Steve said, “If you’re in Him, you’re also seated in His authority.” That means we carry His authority, but also His humility. Our confidence doesn’t come from pride—it comes from proximity.

Reflect:

1. What changes in my prayer when I remember where I’m seated?

2. Where am I still living like I’m beneath what Jesus already won?

3. How can I walk in both boldness and humility together?

Prayer:

Jesus, thank You for seating me beside You. Teach me to speak with Your authority and act with Your heart. Let my confidence rest in who You are. Amen.

Action Step:

Say aloud today: “I’m seated with Christ in victory.” Repeat it until you believe it.
